Ques : DO THE PRODUCTS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?

Ans : Please refer to our Size guide for you to best pick a size that suits you. Our loungewear line is quite stretchy and fitted.


Ques : WHAT IS ANNABELLA’S SIZE?

Ans : My size is medium on our tops and small on our bottoms. 

Ques : ARE YOUR FABRICS OFFERING COVERAGE, SHAPE AND ARE THEY COMFY?

Ans : We made sure our loungewear sets are not see through (unless we at some point want to launch something mesh or see through!) so that you get all the coverage you need. Our fabrics are very comfy and stretchy expand and contract to match your body. Annabella practices yoga, meditation and breath-work and is often on the move so doing products that are comfy for those activities was a must.

Ques : WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Ques : HOW DO I EXCHANGE A SIZE IF YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK?

Ques : WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?

Ans : In the unlikely event of having received an incorrect item we do apologize and we would like to ask you to please fill up the returns form and email us at info@annabellaoflondon.com we will be happy to provide you with the item you ordered, if this item is sold out we will reimburse you. When returning an incorrect item please make sure that it is in its original unworn condition, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original packaging and tags attached. Otherwise we won’t be able to process an exchange, or refund.

Ques : I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE BY ACCIDENT, AM I ABLE TO CHANGE IT BEFORE YOU SHIP IT OUT?

Ans : Please contact us at info@annabellaoflondon.com and we will be able to help you anyway we can, as long as you contact us before the item has been processes and shipped. Please remember during launch/restock periods we receive high volumes of orders and emails, and can't always make changes to orders in time before they're shipped.
