UK Delivery: 4 GBP

US & Rest of the world Delivery: 10 GBP

EU Delivery: 15 GBP

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to deliver all orders in the UK, US and EU within 7-13 days. Please note that we only dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We need 24-48 hours to process orders, all orders placed after 4 pm are processed the next day. Due to COVID19 there are possible delays.

EU DELIVERY

I have been asked to pay a duty fee to receive my delivery - what is this for?All EU countries charge a duty or tax on packages imported from the UK, you will be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order. Please check your country's tax specifications prior to placing your order, as we cannot be held responsible for any tax payments. In the unlikely event that you wish to refuse your delivery, you may still be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package to Annabellaoflondon.  We regret that we can only refund you the value of your order minus any fees we are charged upon return for your item.  If a delivery is refused by you then unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by your order during transit back to us.
